Exhaust is falling off almost
I purchased and installed some bassani exhaust and now the squishy rubber? hangers have torn and the exhaust is falling off. I am looking for a good way to secure the exhaust. The bent pieces of stainless steel metal that the rubber things used to hang on are still there.
I don't know the diameter, maybe half inch to 5/16". I know of things I could do, but I was wondering if anyone had some innovative ideas for me. One thing is the exhaust will be vibrating, of course, and the distance between each hanger is like 3 inches when properly put in place.
Simple ideas I came up with like, just weld a piece of metal to them. That's not very good.
