cracked wheel, need replacement - are replicas ok?

I have a '00 Lightning and my tire kept leaking air so I took it in to the tire shop and they said my wheel is cracked, they wouldn't put it back on the truck

Driving with the ugly spare right now, looking at buying a replacement wheel but I'm wondering if I'll be ok buying a replica, like these:

http://www.theautopartsshop.com/whee...03401u10n.html $113
http://www.carpartsshed.com/Catalog/...KQALY03401U10N $121

http://www.carid.com/2001-ford-f-150...LAID=888270837 $183

They are much less expensive than an OEM replacement wheel, anything wrong with putting one of these on my Lightning? or anyone know where I can get a factory replacement at a reasonable price?

also, the dudes at Discount Tire said I could probably get it repaired (welded) somewhere but their policy is they don't work with welded repaired wheels. I haven't examined the wheel yet to see how bad the crack is, but if I can get away with <$150 replica I'd rather do that than a weld repair job

I'd be worried about the replacements wheels having 14mm stud holes where your stockers have 12mm stud holes...

IF you just need one I'd try to find an original

problem is, I can't seem to find a place online that sells original 99-00 Lightning wheels, and no place around me knows where to get one either. Anyone know where I can get one?

I did see a more expensive replicas that claim to be made to exact specifications as oem. Is this truthful, or does that not include the wheel bolt length?
