I have been roamin' around the R/T message boards readin' some of crap they post, and these guys load their trucks with all kinda of mods and are barely bumping the 14s. And then they tried to talk all kinds of crap to me about how they can beat lightnings and they do it everyday I don't know were they find this information. One guy over there is a real smart a$$, the one you'd like to race two or three times and make him cry!! I am nice to them over there except when they try to attack me because I am a ford man in a dodge forum. I was really being nice when I said that 15.50 and 16.00s were good times. Well, if any of you want to go and check them out, feel free.

hmm 15/ 16 1/4 eh..... well i must say that the only chevy i ever drove was a suburban and i think it just about ran that 1/4 mi as well. maybe they do set the standard that all their trucks run a 16sec 1/4mi

 

I am a member over there too, Man did they rip into me cause I drive a Lightning. I did not even start anything. It is fun to read how they put $1500 to $2000 in mods and run 15.00's.:o

 

$1500 to run 15's, just think what would happen if they spent $2000 (20's)!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

15s were a decent time 45 years ago.
