I had installed the Kicker RS6.5 components with the tweeter installed coaxially on the mid driver. Thought I'd try a different location and was thinking about installing on the door panel inside of the mirror but was hestitant to cut it up. I ended installing the tweeters on the kick panel just below the dash. Don't have a pic of the install but it looks very nice and the sound is fantastic. Now to finish the sub box for the Kicker 12L7's.

 

I ended up getting the Kicker RS5's and have put the mid in the factory location, but am still experimenting with the tweeter placement. I had the tweeter mounter on top of the mid for a week, but missed the separation.
I am probably going to go in front of the door handles with the tweets like LOCOSVT-Yeah hate to cut, but it will look O.K.
