how small of a wheel wil fit on the back of an 04 lightning ?

depends...




16" wheels will bolt on


15" wheels need some clearancing

I wouildn't go any smaller then O.E. especially on a lightning. More sidewall = less performance in the turns. Due to calipers and upper control arm clearences I would go no smaller than a 16.

I have 15 inch slicks just wanting to know if wheels would work before buying them

you'll be doing a lot of clearancing to run the 15" rims

it's not impossible, just not for the faint of heart
