I had that flutter noise that everyone was talking about a while back, and it was usually when the engine was cold and once it would warm up I wouldn't hear it anymore. Well, I changed my oil today to Mobil 1 Full Synthetic and Mobil 1 high flow oil filter. I don't know why(maybe its just me), but the engine "flutter" isn't there on those cold starts or when I first get the engine to 3,000RPM. ITS GONE!!!! Maybe it will come back, who knows!! I thought I would share that with everyone.

 

Good info. My engine flutter was there no matter what the engine temp was. I tried the full mobil 1 treatment and it did not help. They had to replace the motor.
