Gorilla has '99 L Wheel Locks
Called Kay at Gorilla (800-262-6267) yesterday and she said they finally have wheel locks for the '99 12mm stud Lightning trucks with the built in washer. 
The P/N for a four pack is 71661F and it cost $21.95.
She said she is about 2 weeks behind schedule on her orders so don't expect them any time soon. I'm giving her a week then calling her to see if she got my order placed. I have a feeling this woman has too much work to do. Gotta keep in touch to make sure she doesn't lose my order.

Wheel Locks
I don't put a lot of faith into wheel locks anymore. I lost my key one time and a friend showed me how to remove them using a normal everyday tool. They'll stop an amurature but they won't stop an experienced thief.
