A/C drain and removing wiper's

I got a strange noise and I think either the drain in the A/C for condensation is plugged or I have water in the outside cowl area where the wipers attach.

The noise sounds like I got water in the A/C unit or the cowl. Upon normal acceleration you can hear water like it is sloshing around. The odd thing is it happens if I moderately rev the motor in neutral too, just not as much.

So I have a couple of questions that I need help with:
1) Need help locating the drain for the A/C under the truck and inside too
2) Need to know how to remove the wiper assembly

I thought the drain was located under the truck near the cat on the passenger side. Didn't see it there.

Also, the wiper has a 15mm nut at the base of the assembly where it attaches to the rotating wiper mechanism. I've removed the nut and tried to pull up on the wiper assembly and it wouldn't budge. Almost think I need to use a wheel puller or something.

Side note, this morning while driving slow I decided to steer to the right and left as if I were trying to heat the tires up (just an example) and I could hear the noise but not much worse or louder than before. About a mile after I did that the engine started to run rough which has happened to me before when I clean and rinse the motor down. Let it sit for a while to dry out and it ran fine for a while and then started running rough after I took it for a short drive. I am assuming that where ever the water is it must have gotten something wet while I was playing NASCAR with the tires.

#1 sounds like you need a COP since you got one wet

#2 the wiper pulls up, just be gentle and it'll come up easily

#3 check the heater core

Man, I appreciate the input since I am somewhat lost on this.

As for the COP's, the truck feels like it is missing bad but this has happened before after washing the motor and it goes away when dried. But, is it possible that a COP can function when cold and then fail after it warms up? I ask because it does run fine when I first start it and then after about 10 minutes the miss occurs.

As for the wipers, thanks. I will be gentle and see how far I get.

The heater core, nothing is leaking, no smell or anything. The noise I am referring to I have had for about a month maybe longer.

Any idea where the condensation drain is located?

sounds like a typical COP going out situation, expecially if it does it after a temp change...

try drying 'em all out (including the plug holes) and see if changes anything

What is the best or easiest way to find which COP it might be?
