First off..... there is no L in the game.... second of all... HOW THE (bleep) are you guys going over 1000 mph on the speed run??? I thought I was smoking with a 220+ mph DelSol Civic and a 230+ mph Cobra R.... I feel like a little kid playing this game now.

 

you have to cheat a little bit then make use of a glitch in the game to get over 1K mph..

first you have to cheat:
buy a gameshark2 & enter codes for 10trillion dollars spending money.

second:
but the suzuki escudo pikes peak version. (900+ hp stock)

third: mod the heck outta it (buy everything.. 1700+ hp)

fourth: go to gameshark UBB to get the correct settings to get your car to 1Kmph

lots of playing with gears, lower car, max upforce on front of car, max downforce on rear, soft springs, ect...

at 230 mph the front wheels come off the ground.. thats where the glitch comes in.. when they are up, the speedometer goes crazy & counts really fast..

 

Looks like I need to make a run to toys R us to get the game shark LOL. I'd like to ammend those speeds I posted before. My DelSol Rice rocket is doing 190mph... the Cobra R is doing 224.5.

Also.... How long has it taken everyone to get through the S-8 license test??? I have been working on that one test now for 3 days.

1284 mph,,,,, the gt390 race car works best for all that,,, but its one of those cars you have to win

 

That Escudo is on Gran Turismo 2 but only has 928 hp i think. If your looking for older model American cars get Gran Turismo 2 you can also play GT2 on Playstation 2 even though it's for PS1.

 

my top speed with the escudo pikes is 333.3 - i did that by taking traction control off - rev it up before you start - the as soon as you start the wheels start spinning - make a u turn with the wheels spinning - stay as close to the inside of the track as possible - once you get about 1/4 of the way in the turn, it starts pulling you in and increasing your sped real fast - the hard part is keeping it steady
