Well I blew a Plug out so they replaced The head, they Pressure tested the I/c And guess what They confirmed it was leaking( Like me telling Them i had to add water to it every 2 days wasnt enuff) Well they Service guy Tried ordering a new I/c Which i said wasnt possible, He was like ok Ill get 1. so i pulled the mechanic to the side explained it all and he was like ok Not a problem.

So i go pick up the truck and it says the replaced the i/c, I was like how so i go ask the Mechanic he was like Nope none available so i goto the service guy that was helping me out he was like yea he replaced it thats what took so long and this and that, i was like Ok so i talked to the service manager and told him Hey read this ( he knew no I.c was available cause he talked to svt About it) So he went off on the service writer about how stupid he can be and all this other stuff.

So i goto the cashier and get my keys, Go walk in back and my Once clean truck Is FILTHY. O'well cant have everything your way.

So i had a new head, Fixed the drivers seat where the padding was cheesy, fixed the windshield Moulding, Greased the stops so i have no more clunk, And Confirmed I have a leaky intercooler.

Now The truck is a DIFFRENT ANIMAL Seriosly the detonation went away when u touch the gas, it pulls to the upper Mph Without a flaw And spins a tire Through 2 gears.
I dont know if it was cause he cleand all that oil out of the intake or what it was BUT man Its faster than its ever been.

So im a happy Camper now.

 

Sounds good. Now you need to come out to US 41 next Friday and run that badboy with some of the other L's that will be there... Jeff

Im gonna have the stang there also So it will be fun, Run the Tow vehicle Then run the Stang.
