My L has a kph instead of mph speedo, it was exported from Canada to England. We have mph here just wondered if Canadian L's are all kph ???

yeah, canadian Ls have kph instead of MPH, if there is a conversion underneath of the kph I wouldn't worry about it.

 

Vehicles from Canada have KPH speedos. I bought my truck used and it was a leased truck from Canada. Part of certifying it for the US is changing the instrument pod to one with MPH.

It will help in measuring the number of "KLUNK's" you get per hour. With all the tight streets over there it will come in handy.

I can rest easy now, just need a pair of glasses to see how fast I'm going.
I hit a bridge at 80mph last week and took off beautifully, I don't intend on doing it again

What **** told you you need to change the guage pod? That's wrong. I moved from Canada to Texas and brought my vehicles with me. All you need to certify it for a US title is a letter from the manufacturer stating that that particular vehicle identified by that particular VIN meets all US Emissions requirements.
