Hey Joe,

If you do sell your L and part it out, I got dibs on the curb feelers. LOL

My friend has one and the more I look at it, the more boring it gets.

I say if you want a luxury car and you want performance too than the only real choice is what color M5 you want... ... one of my friends has a light stel blue (i think) one and i raced him with my dads C5 vette, all i can say is wow i was veryy suprised that it was that fast... very suprised......

Damn Guys!!! What a response!

Well let me start buy saying that the CLK Idea isn't probably going to happen. First off, mercedes told me that the one I want, a CLK 430 vert would take 2 years to get in. I told him to go suck a big one for 2 years, I would rather get a Z06 then wait 2 more years. They had a CLK55 but they want like 79K for it and thats to much for me, chit my payments on this where going to be about 400 a month, another 19K would be to much for me, I still want to move out and buy a town house also.

Secondly, I just turned 20 and yes I have often thought about what people would say to me driving a 60K+ mercedes around. People stare at me funny when I drive my fathers S500 around. Thats the main reason I started likeing the benz, I just love the way that car drives and feels. Its just so nice and awesome to drive.

So now this morning I wake up and my work truck, a piece of chit chevy 1500 is leaking oil all over the driveway. So I just dropped it off this morning to see whats wrong with it. that things about to die and I'm due for a new work truck also. So I think I'm going to find a sprot trac that I like, or something smaller then a F150. Mainly because I drive allot in the city and I could never deal with driving a supercrew everyday down there. I'm stressed out enough as it is. So I think its a sport trac for a work truck. I'm going to put a bad *** system in that thing, just wait.

Ok so you all want to know, The main reason I even was thinking about getting rid of the L is the back end is making this nasty squeking noise lately and its just pissed me off so much that I don't want to drive it now. I don't know what the hell it is but I'm determind to fix it tonight. I love that truck with all my heart and no I could never get rid of it. I can't believe I was even thinking about letting her go. If anything I'll just have to take out a loan and have 3 cars to drive. She's always going to be with me and this winter is when she goes in the shop and she lays the smack upon all of YOU!!!! HAHAHAHAHA just kiding! I do want to rebuild this motor this year though.

Well thats about it guys, and also I just wanted to say that the little slk amg version is not going to be a 6 cylnder supercharged, its going to be a 4 cylinder twin turbo charged with over 450HP and 400 trq, thats what the guy a mercedes said and he's one of the AMG test guys. I guess they send out one of there guys like SVT does, but they make then drive each car one various tracks. Also the guy new who I was, because of my dads law suit with mercedes, he didn't seem to care about that to much. i guess thats good.

Later guys, JOE

The SLK AMG IS a supercharged V6, no doubt about it. It's in the latest Motor Trend, Car and Driver, AND directly on MB's website.

The guy was feeding you a load of B.S. Typical dealership guy. Did you even bother to follow the link I posted for you and see for yourself?

In that case, I would sell the chevy, use the L as the worker, and get the BMW. That's what I'd do, probably not an option for you though.

That Lexus looks like an Audi. Problem with AMG Mercedes, they need a 6 speed manual! Put in an order for an 02 M3 with the new paddle shifter!
