How to remove the stock exhaust tips

Hi, newbie to the list. I've been reviewing the posts on polishing the stock exhaust tips. What's the best way to remove them? I've got the clamps off, but not budging.

Thanks,
Rick

^x2 its prob seized on there pretty good if its a older trucks. maybe try one of those rubber pipe clamps that might help you turn the tip and loosen it up.

Thanks, it is an older truck (99). I've having high-flow cats installed this week and will see what the muffler shop can do.
