hi 2fast4you
Here are two pics of the alpine head unit and CD changer I put in my truck

Then get two sets of good speakers and you should be able to do it for about $ 1500.00 including the labor to put it in.

I have a set up if you like. Amps, speakers and subs. Took it all out of my 99 before I sold it. All you'll need is a head unit. Rockford/Orion amps, Cerwin Vega speakers frnt/rear & 2- 8in. competition bazooka tubes. System rocked!! You'll have to take the p-of-sht tool box out. The tubes do not interfere with seat movement! Clonetek, are those kickpanels from Q-Logic? How do you like them. I was looking at them but wasn't sure if they would interfere with the parking brake pedal, how do yours fit? Do they help the imaging as much as the advertising hypes? Beauty pics of your truck. Thanks.

yeah, they are the kick panels from q-logic..
i like them a lot! they do interfere with the parking brake. you have to bend the brake out some to get it to work.. its not too hard.
they fit really well, and match pretty good.
with those down there and 6.5 inch midbass drivers in the doors, i dont even miss my rear speakers.
a hint: if you get some kickpanels, go ahead and order a bottle of touchup paint from them at the same time.. you will scratch them eventually.. its only 2-3 dollars.
