LED 3rd brake light issue

Hey guys anyone ever have issues with moisture in your led 3rd brake light? I bought a used one and washed the truck. Now there is moisture where the led bar is.

Just replaced my led brake light today, one of my leds went out. I did notice the screws had a sealant around them, so might be getting moisture from there.
