Side note here. I know that track is in the Butte, but where exactly is it? I might like to visit the next time I'm up from Ninilchik

I'll bet the mountain is 2 miles away, it just looks close. Did you say the track is heated?

The last time I ran, the track was heated too. By 106 degree, blazing sun. It didn't do much for my 60' times.
