I'm just wondering how many us would be interested in having another meet. I figured Sunday July 15, 2001 - Autocross #4 - Palisades Center would be a good time/place to have our meet. Best part is we could participate or watch the auto x people do their thing. I'm sure the pawn will be there doing his thing.

That sounds like a great idea, will be busy the 13 and 14 cutting holes in parachutes. So the 15 sounds great!

Take the New York State Thruway to Exit 12. From the exit (be aware the
exit(s) are supposed to be under reconstruction at this time) follow the
signs on to the Mall Ring Road and proceed counter-clockwise (right turn at T)
to Parking Lot J (opposite Home Depot).


Registration and tech in at 9am... Racing starts at 11am...

Should be an interesting run set for me, I didn't get my new tires yet, so I'm still running my stock Eagle F1's with 21k miles on them...lol...weeeee.

O chit TODAY WAS THE 15th In my haste installing a new Lightning HU and CD changer in my work car (75 LTD) I FORGOT Forgive me as I have sinned, working on the LTD when I could have been out playing with the Lightning! Sorry Dan, I said I would make it, next time for sure

 

SVTCLAY -- so that was you! I went to go over to chat with you, but just as you got there, my runs were coming up...did you get to see me run at all? I saw you leave kinda early. I think I had atleast one run while you were there.

I know 99SVTBolt was also there...he was going to try to tape me, dunno if he ever got to, I had a hard time finding him again after I met him before my runs.

FGator was the guy I was wondering about. You were working on hte truck, so I'll let it slide! heheh.

Hey i watched you run two times, i was at the other end of the parking lot. Love the tire smoke around the last turn. i couldn't stay long because i had other plans. Looked like alot of fun though.

SVTCLAY...sorry I missed talking to you...my friends (Supra and 2 RX-7's) and I got there late.

Part of the reason was everybody got up late and we were toying with this 355 modeno as we drove up. Probably the funniest part was when the 4 of us ripped past him at 130. I can just imagine what he must have thought as 2 cars in the left lane and 2 in the right lane flew by.

We went to the pit area and asked a bunch of questions...by the time we got around to your area...you had already left :-(. My fault for not going to you right away and saying hi.

Daniel....I have about 4 or 5 runs on tape. I don't have a way to transfer them to mpeg but I'll make a copy on tape and give it to you the next time I see you. I'm sure my friend taped you on his DV camcorder...he's gotta figure out how to transfer it over. When he does I'll email the files to you. (He just got the camcorder over the weekend)
I went to look for you later in the day...I found your L parked but didn't see you...we then left for the mall and had lunch...we were all tired and left from there...at least I got all my friends interested in auto xing. We'll all be there next time to try it I'm sure there will plenty of hurt cones when us rookies get thru with them.


I hear there's a auto X at Etown this Saturday. Anybody know anything about that?
