Sad to see another Tue Blue truck hit like that. This color is getting rarer by the day. If you can fix this truck up and stay with the true blue color, you will have something nice in the end. Only 1130 of these made and bringing one back from the dead is a good deed!!

Oh without a doubt i want to keep the True blue color, but i dont know if i want to paint the trim the real dark grey the put on the mustangs and some rangers. That is my second choice color.

Found a whole front clip for $1800 today for a 150 but i dont want the chrome bumper, and i dont think i will need a Passenger fender so i'll see what i can do about that. i have about 15 more yards to call so.....

could this collision have caused Motor damage, i was thinking maybe a connecting rod or crank being bent buttt.... i have never wrecked a car so...

I might ask my uncle(owned about 40 carsoor trucks) wreecked about 70 times, and blew a motor up at least 5 times, and a couple trannies.
not a whole lot of exageration here

Not very likely other than the usual radiator wrapped around the fan. I no where near in a league with your uncle but I've got plenty of experience with wrecks as a mechanic and have rarely seen motor damage from a collision and if there is damage, it is usually very obvious.

IIRC, the genuine Lightning front valance is something like $900.00 but he might be able to find one in a junkyard. I think somebody in Lightning Rodder has a Junkyard with a couple of Lightnings in it. If its a rear clip or a side shot... might be able to get some of the parts at more reasonable prices.

The airbag is going to be different for a standard F150. The Lightning got a different steering wheel - more like the steering wheel in Mustangs.

there's the silver truck withi purple flames being parted out, it took a side hit so I sent him to that one

I didn't know the lightnings had different airbags, I thought they were the same
