do u have to pull the motor to put one in.

not worth it unless you already have the engine out.

but you can get it on with lifting the engine up a bit.

It can be done, took mine out and put it back together a couple of weeks ago.
As Haybale says you need to loosen the engine and lift it up as much as possible.
