Don't buy it its junk! (Just kidding, just don't want to see him sell it!) As far as I know, it has always been very well maintained. You may want to get ahold of Tallimecca either here or on nloc, as Don (Tallimecca) was/is pretty good friends with him I think, and I THINK (not certain) Don helped him with his work alot.

Hey thanks. I found some video's online of the truck doing some auto x I just want to make sure the truck isn't beat. I found out it was on juice and tracked often by researching online. I wouldn't really expect it to be it only has 29000 miles. I'm going to mass next sunday with my buddy lightninmike (he's on svtperformance alot) to look at it I'm 90% sure I'm going to buy it. I have been wanting to buy one of these trucks for a few years just looking around to find the right truck for me. Thanks Justin.

when I tell you that truck is MINT........it's a joke. MINT doesn't do it justice for an 8 year old truck.
The kid still had the stickers on the dashboard it came from ford with last time I was in it!!!!
The truck has around the same milage as mine last I knew, which mine is about 27k.
I don't think he ever drove it in the snow and hardly ever in the rain because he had a daily driver as long as I knew him.
The truck has hardly been driven at all in the past few years because it was stored at a relative's house.
He didn't have alot of mods done to the truck. Chip filter and pulley maybe. I know he did headers and and exhaust. Truck sounds mean.
He did have a nos kit on it but I don't think he ever used it except when he had the a/f number checked on the dyno. It was something rediculous like a 35 or a 50 shot. I didn't even know why he bothered. I don't even think the truck has seen the drag track in the past 4 years. I haven't really raced mine in almost 3 years now and he gave up the dragging before i did.
He has alot of money in upgraded wheels, tires, suspension and brakes. Recently done when he did autocrossing, which wasn't alot. Might have done a half dozen events. He does have videos up of it so he's not hiding anything on you. I think the wheels he put on there a few years ago were in the thousands.
I'd honestly have no worries buying this truck. Of course you can't put 87 octane in it and do wot kickdowns on the highway with it and think the motor can't blow up just like any other truck you would buy. I think he was asking 18k when we talked last. I think that price was MORE THAN FAIR considering the condition and what he's got into it. Probably 10k just in wheels, suspension, brakes, and exhaust.
You could probably throw a set of stock wheels back on there and make a few bucks selling the wheels alone.
He'll be sorry he sold it. That's why I can't sell mine.

Hey tallimeca thank you for chiming in. The truck looks gourgous in the pictures as is. I'm just a nut when it comes to researching anything before I buy. I'm going to look at Al's truck this sunday with lightninmike and his trailer lol. I have been looking foward to becoming a member of the lightning community for a very long time. She will be at the track again 09 ffw epping!!!!
