Angry What is with some people.

A couple times over the last two weeks, someone has spit on my truck while it was parked when I went to work.

WTF is with some people. Is that the way they handle thier jealousy?

If I ever catch the person doing it, they will have a permanent limp if I let them live.

Talking

He probably worked at that dump in Jersey where they put the toxic waste. Get a sample of the spit and see if it glows in the dark. If so obvious brain damage.

Are you implyin you're going to hurt someone just for spitting on your 32,000 truck, or hurt someone who has a total disrespect for your property? I mean, come on, after all, its only a truck.

NOOOOOTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please, find the extremely nice person, and kick the ***** out of them.

Well if I could just find that bird that visits me every time I wash my truck, I'll be a happy camper.

AND..... the Pine Trees that continually drip sap on my L or the millions of "Love Bugs"!!!
(For those of you who have never visited Fla. in May and June-they are- "Fornicating Bugs" that fly while mating, in droves (do insects fly in droves?).
Run into these pesky things and they will change the color of your vehicle, believe me.
Come to think about it, that may not be a "Bad way" to end your existence on this planet!!
Don't get me started on Highway Paving Crews and semi's that cause stone chips!!!! GEEEZ!!!

And don't forget about that pollen count we had at the beginning of spring. Turned every car a shade of yellow.

Pawn - I know you remember the pollen, your right near me.

Pollen, bird crap and bugs I don't get quite as mad about...that's nature, easier to cope with. I'll admit bugs are the most annoying out of those...pollen was a pain, then I got a california duster and worshiped it as a new diety.

Some other HUMAN coming over and spitting on my truck just really peeves me. Its just so wrong. It makes me want to demonstrate to that individual the OTHER use of "The Club" (how it truly got its name)...

If you have a camcorder, you could get one of the small "lipstick" cameras and plug it into the camcorder. Then hide the big camera out of sight in the truck and point the little one where ever the attack occurs from. I know most 8mm tapes only last between 2-4 hours but you could always go out a couple of times a day and rewind and start over (you can get cig. lighter adapters to plug the camera in also). May be a little bit of trouble, but I would be MAJORLY PISSED if someone was doing that to mine. Then when you find out who it is:

1. Ask them why and if they deny it show them the tape.

2. Kick the ***** out of 'em!

3. Spit back on 'em...

Maybe a little vengeful, but if someone doesn't have respect for me or my property, then I lose all respect for them. I don't usually condone violence, but some people need a can of Whoop *** every now and then!

Later,
Roger

I know what you mean. When I graduated from college and got my first job i bought this sweet '93 Blue flareside, fully loaded. It was a gorgeous truck. One day when I was washing it I noticed that someone had hocked a huge lung oyster on the tailgate. It had already been welded on in the hot Texas sun. It took some serious scrubbing to get it off! Not to mention the fact that I was scrubbing off some turds lung goo off my truck! Anyway, that thing ate right through the paint and to this day (I sold it to my Father-in-law when I bought my L)you could still see where it had been. I get PO'd to this day thinking about it. i know it was someone jealous. I see cars all the time I would love to have but my response is to not spit on them. I don't get it..

Another thing you could do in regards to my last post... If you work in an office or park close to a building (I work in a factory so this won't work for me), you could get one of the X2 ( http://www.x10.com )wireless cams and take the receiver into work with you and hook it to a VCR. They are good for audio and video up to 100'. I know this might sound a little overboard, but if someone were doing this to my truck I would want to catch them and then... well, we won't go there! lol

Later,
Roger

How about a cover? Yes you should not have too, I know.
Have you ever noticed when you park IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE, some A$$hole somehow finds that they need to park their '85 *****ty Nova RIGHT next to you?
Questions I look forward to asking the Dali LLama when I have the chance.
