I've been tempted to take the day off of work, park the truck there and stake out across the way and wait. lol... we'll see when I leave work today.

i knew(since passed away) an older gentleman that raised/bred american pit bulls. he allowed one of his adult males to roam free around his home while the other dogs were pinned up. 'big red' would lift his leg on mr. o's pickup truck(not a L) from time-to-time. mr o was pissed at his impolite pit and was unable to break him of this bad habit until...he wired up a transformer(don't know the particulars or how he did it) to the frame of the truck. wellll, the next time ol' big red lifted his hind leg(the other three making a good connection to ground) and relieved himself. his name wasn't the only thing that was 'big & red'! a constant(though short & quickly cut off) stream of urine makes a good connecter. big red never pissed on a vehicle again and in fact, bloated up for a while. his eyes were turning yellow before he finally let go--on an old water oak tree.
