I took the Bedrug out of my 99 when I traded it in. And after a year and half of being wet many times, hauling rubish/dogs/legal&illegal items it looks fine in the 01. I have a cover on it most times but run around alot with it open. Well worth the money

It's COMPLETELY waterproof and next to impossible to stain. You can spray it out w/ a pressure washer too! And offers a lifetime satisfaction guarantee.
