Too Much WATER WETTER is a waste, here's why:

The use of 100% WaterWetter would just be a waste, though it won't
hurt or diminish the properties or performance.

Too much WaterWetter doesn't produce the opposite effect.
I would recommend one ounce of WaterWetter to each quart of distilled
water or 4 ounces to a gallon.

Directions for use 1 ounce (3-4 capsful) per quart or 1 bottle per automotive cooling system or 12-20 quarts. Less than 50% antifreeze provides further improvement in temperature reduction, but at least 15% antifreeze should be used in street vehicles. This product provides excellent corrosion protection for modern cast iron, aluminum, and brass systems. Can be used with distilled or tap water. Change cooling system annually for best protection.
So in essence to get the same cooling effects as using 1 oz to 1 quart, those w/ 20 quarts capacity should use 1 bottle and 8 oz., not 1 full bottle.
Anyhoo, was there anything on the bottle that made you think different? I do have an old style bottle I think, so maybe they changed the literature on the new ones.

Bubba,
your said you own a niteclub, why not use a jigger or a shot glass from the bar?
or better yet, have one of your bar staff teach you how to free pour...
