Well, I really wouldnt call it a race, but today at a three-lane stop light, a dodge dakota (maybe a R/T - all the badges/names were taken off) that sounded really loud and low (flowmaster/k&n/JMD(?) stickers on the window) pulls up next to me on my left. I am looking over at him so see if he might be interested , when a new red chevy silverado pulls up on my right. The dodge is showing no interest, but out of the corner of my eye I see the chevy jumping forward -
The light turns green, I watch the dakota to see if hes goin' for it, he might have been...I hope not though (how slow ARE they?? j/k) And then the chevy "takes off" and "chirps em" in 2nd (I wasnt even paying attention to him until that) so I give it a little gas and get probably 4 car lengths on him by 45mph.
No speeding, no actual racing, just thought it was funny when I look over at the next light at the chevy and its some 25 (?) year old guy in the "lowrider seat all the way back" position with crappy tattoos and his hat on backwards and upside down - he looked pretty dissapointed.
