Is it just me or are the body panels wimpy?
It might just be me, but the body panels sure do seem really thin and flimsy. I could easily dent one of 'em with one finger if I wanted to. On my 96 Cobra they feel twice as strong and the same goes for my dad's 85 F250 and my 88 Bronco II. My dad's 00 F350 seem pretty decent to. Maybe it is a weight savings or something, but I think they are pretty crappy.

I think some of that has to do with being flexible enough so they can be repaired without sanding and painting. Seems i read that somewhere around here. Mid to late 90's they started making them more flexible. I don't know that that's the only reason.
