Post Help Needed With Finding Interior Paint To Paint My Gauge Pod!

I just received my guage pod from Auto-meter but it only comes in black. I was wondering if you guys could lead me in the right direction on where I could find an exact match interior paint to paint the pod? I have checked at my Ford dealer but they don't carry it. Any ideas?

HANKFAN

Almost any body shop can dye match interior pieces. That's where I had mine done.

Thumbs up

Do you know anyone with a compressor and a spray gun?
You can get the EXACT PAINT (interior) for your Lightning at ANY Automotive Paint store.

Go to an auto paint store and ask for the products made by SEM. They make the color to match the grays in are trucks. It comes in spray cans. Its what I used for mine. The part # for the plastic prep is 38353. I'm sorry I don't have the part # for the gray. I looked for the can but I can't find it.

Go to any auto paint shop that mixes paint. They should be able to mix up some vinyl/plastic dye to match any color you bring. Just let them match it to the interior piece you want. They can also shine match it as well. Hope this helps.

WOW - that's closing the loop for future searches!!

The original post was nearly five years ago and the thread has been idle since.
