I've actually been given more compliments on my black L by the female persuasion than I got with my very nice old, red Vette. One pretty blonde said I had the "hottest rod ever" (referring to the L) and then realized what she said. It was funny because it couldn't have happened at a better time for once in my life. It was in front of at least 5 of my male co-workers who are in love with her.

 

I gotty a "LIKE YOUR TRUCK" over at UIW (University of the Incarnate Word) I work out in the gym over there...too bad I am too old...I have my principles...20 somethings are too young.... damn...she was a dad gum hottie....

 

Hey, 1MeanZ, the clue is in your post: "Over the years" tells it all. You've moved into the old fart club. Chicks dig guys - the truck or the dog they're walking or the boat they're riding or the house they're living in all are attractive if the GUY moves the chic.

Don't blame it on the truck.

 

This thing is a wool machine. I can't tell you how many "I LOVE YOUR TRUCK"'s I get on a weekly basis. Gotta love this thing...probably because it's black...

Seems like the Cali women know what the L is. Or maybe just the ones near me. It's almost a daily thing to get a compliment from a woman. I have a friend that says the L gets her "in the mood." Been meaning to give her a call soon Also it's good ice breaker. A girl compliments my truck, I compliment her taste, and ask for her number. Works for me! (Is that considered a "kill")????

I get plenty of attention up here, especially when leaving the college. The chicks up here definitely love the truck--it will probably get me into some trouble with the g/f...but you gotta love it.

 

buy a yellow R/T, i get more looks than almos anythin on the road, from guys , girls, little kids, old people, everyone, min also is lowered and sittin pretty and a few other things..just kiddin guys, and do get alot of wanted attention from everyon, including alot of girls, i havea line up of people who wanna take my truck to their high school proms

 

The few things I have noticed are that chicks pretty much dont know what a lightning is period. If you are in a conversation and it comes to driving you tell them you drive a Lightning and they say "oh okay, whats that?" Generally speaking when they see it they like the truck but the kicker is when you let them inside to see the seats. They just love the seats. The thing that cracks me up the most is when you are taking the chicks on a cruise and sooner or later one of them will say: "Why does it make that funny whining noise?" I love that one!
