Talking INSTALLED SALS NEW LOWER PULLEY TODAY

Installed Sals new lower pulley today. Total time about 1.5 to 2 hours. No problems were incountered other than I had new belts and the one for the blower was a two man job to get on. One on the breaker bar on the idler pulley and another with a screw driver prying the belt on the top pulley. Also you need a 5/16 allen socket (3/8) to put the new bolts in and blue Locktight. Craftmanship was first class. The assjet 505 says the response is immediate and the boost is increased. As I have been running the same setup for awhile the numbers I get Friday nite at the strip will all be attributable to the pulley. My only other mods arr a chip, pro-m, and filter. I'll post the times Saturday and I keep a log which includes berimetric pressure, humidity, intercooler fluid temp, and air temp.

PS Thanks Sal for the VERY FAST shipping.

Good to hear, Noel! I'm expecting mine any day now and will install it as soon as I get my truck back.

Bob-
Good luck with your intercooler. Mine's in now getting that taken care of (along with a LOOOONG list of other nickel and dime stuff). I'm not worried though; it's in good hands. Luckily, a guy I know has a lift at his house and has graciously volunteered to let me use it to put my loop on. Maybe I'll put the pulley on then so I can have a little breathing room. Yours may be sooner, but mine will be easier!
