Has anyone received a call from Ford?
I got a call today from a lady from Ford,regarding any likes,dislikes or problems I have with my L.Well,I told her my concerns about the clunking,leaky intercooler(luckily,still good) and the list were all familar with.She said she'll notify the engineers about them and possibly one will contact me.She gave me her number and extension and told her to update her if anything else crops up.Her name was Evelyn.

I get a call from them everytime I go in for service and then fill out the following questionaire. If you don't give them all perfect marks, or a bad comment, you will get a call. It is purely glad hand lip service from my impression.

CHIM CHIM, can I have her number so I can complain about a few things. you can e-mail it to me. I would love to get ahold of them a tell them how everytime I turn my steering wheel turn far I get embarresed and I have to come up with some lame excuss for my 31,000+ Bad A$$ truck makeing a clunking noise. Lately the high perfomance suspesion has been makeing people think its normal.
