What are the widest tires (e.g. 305, 315, etc...) that would fit on the stock lightning rim?

Generaly the wheel should be about the same width as the tread. If the wheel is wider then you will always be replacing wheels every time you touch a curb parking. If the wheel is any narrower the tire will wander.

Thanks for the help Andy. I have called 3 different tire shops, and nobody knows the answer. They always tell me that they think that 295 is the biggest tire that would fit on a 9.5" rim, however, they are not sure. Now I know.
