Does anyone know how to fix the yellowish outline that happen with time on the signal lights on the L's without buying new ones. Is there are solvent or something to change them back to white?>

You can try Meguiar's Plastix. Then after just try keeping your vehicle clean with a weekly hand wash. When you wax your vehicle, also wax the lights. The light cleaners in most waxes will keep them in tip top shape. When you don't wax, use a quick detailer like Meguiar's Ultimate Detailer after drying.
