Owners manual

I have a 99 lightning and I did not get the owners manual when I bought the truck. I am having a fuse problem under the hood but I don't know what it is. Does anyone have a PDF file of the fuse diagram or owners manual. Thanks for any help.

I found what I was looking for here. It has free pdf files of all Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury since 1996.

But my new problem is this. When I try to start my truck, sometimes it will turn over but not start. Then it flashes Theift on the dash. I have found out that fuse #18 under the hood (which is "Powertrain Control Module, Fuel Injectors, Fuel Pump, Mass Air Flow Sensor" on a 15A fuse) sometimes does not get power when I turn on my key. If it does get power when I turn on my key the truck will start just fine. If it doesn't get power then my engine will just turn over and never start. I was checking the fuse and noticed that when it does get power I can take out the fuse and it then makes a sound in my engine compartment like something is running. As soon as I put the fuse back in it stops. If the fuse doesn't get power when I turn on my key, the only way to start my truck is to "jumper" a wire from a hot fuse to this fuse. Then it allows my truck to start just fine. But I can't just leave the jumper hook up all the time because it runs down my battery. Right now I have a switch in my truck that runs out my firewall and into my fuse box. This allows me to give the fuse power from inside my truck if my truck doesn't start. Does anyone know why this might be happening?
