Thumbs up

If you are talking about the door pad your truck should have a card with your factory set code in your owners manual. Its a white card that has your code for the keyless entry system. Mine is a 2000 lightning and I had it anyway. Good luck and I hope this helps.

bought truck used and didnt get mush paper work with it, just the owners guide. aslo heard the number was on the door lock module under the dash.

which brings me to anothe question, is there a way i can get the SVT documentation which is sent to the original owner, bought from a dealership and not in contact with the original owner..

The 5 dig. code is under the dash by the steering column on the control box. If you get down there with a light and look you can't miss it.

A copy of the orig. window sticker can be had at the orig. dealer it was sold. If you don't know which one it was, call 1-800-FORD-SVT and ask them. They will prob. want your VIN and proof that your the owner. They can also get you the certificate of your production number.

Mine was right behind the emergency brake, just look up to a white 3x5 box.
