Upper PulleyCAM
The front suspension CAM was very boring and uneventful, but I will do a ClunkCAM this weekend.
Yet, I'm in the process of preparing the UPCAM (upper pulleyCAM) video for the internet. Something caught my eye from the on-board video and the results are very illuminating/electrifying! If there was a reason to call this vehicle the Lightning, you will soon see!

--Clonetek: Yes! How did you know?
I've reviewed most of the video(s) and can't find any sign of the rubber boot distorting or collapsing under boost. I guess that's good news.
The following videos were done with only one cheezy disposable light. It was all I had, so the images are grainy.
This video I found interesting because the beginning of the run is uphill with a bend and then it flattens out. UPCAM uphill (4.8 mb) The road is smooth the entire run. Watch the violent shaking after the 2-3 shift. I felt that the ride was smooth other than the slight vibration at the start from the acceleration on the corner.
Three blips of the throttle (2.5 mb)

I think it's pretty disturbing to see the filter flying around in there like that.
I have a theory that I will try to prove tonight. I have been complaining of a vibration that is intermittent and usually only happens at 50 mph or higher. It also seems to happen the worst when driving into the wind. I thought it might be the lower bumper cover that is pretty sloppy truly. I have the JDM filter which has a very poor mounting method. It just basically hangs there with a minor front support.
My Ford dealership is trying to find an engine or drivetrain issue but so far has had no luck. I'll put the stock airbox back in tonight if they don't find anything and see if I'm right.
Great video. Hope I'm right. Or not!!
