Well I'll get started first.

I ran my personal best there with a 12.45 @ 112 MPH. truck launch's so much better with my battery box mod and the sway bar off. 60 foot's where in the 1.7's. with a 1.74 as the best on that 12.45 run. Here's the picture of it.

Sixpipes- go ahead.

I was using a 50 shot with a wet kit from Nitrous express. With full street trim weight. My beast weighed 4750 pounds without me in it! so thats about 4950 pounds with me in it. thats allot of weight to move like that. I also have PSP, chip, fan kit, lower pulley, 90milimeter mass air, 4 inch clod air induction pipe (custom), single balde throttle body, and thats about it. E.T. streets help out too!.. My trans is bone stock for now, and I haven't touched my gears in the back either. I also have the custom RTKILLA designed battery box relocater with TWO optima batteries. There will be allot more to come.

Question

was wondering, for those lucky enough to attend, how was the attendance this year????

how many 2nd gen lightnings were there, either in the competition or in the shows, or parking lots?

Me and my wife were there promoting the Modular Shootout pretty heavily. From my observations there were about 45 2nd gen Lightning trucks racing, about 10 in the car show, and a few in the parking lots. From my estimation there were around 450 show car entrees, and about 2500 cars in the parking lots. People came and went so its hard to tell the total spectator turnout. My guess is about $5,000 per day.

It was great to see you guys again this year and meet all the new guys. Attendance seemed to be down a lot from last year. The air wasn't very good for most of the weekend. The sportsman tree was frustrating. But the best part of the whole weekend, Sue let Speedy video tape my birthday celebration at Joes Crab Shack and he did it wrong, so there is no proof Miss you guys already.
Much Love

It was great to meet everyone out there this year. Had a blast even though the weather wasnt the greatest. I have to give the .400 sportsman tree the thumbs down since I cut .399 red in round 4 though. LOL
Already cant wait till next year!

Brooks,

It was very nice to meet and get to know you. Thanks for your address. I'll send your shirts and picture as soon as I receive them. It may be a couple days before sending/posting images as work has me by the bootstraps.

I'm was in the same situation as CarolinaLightning for I redlit in the fourth round with a .399 light on the .400 tree.

Even though the weather didn't behave totally and a couple drunk idiots preferred to do burnouts in the hotel parking lot on Saturday night, I had an awesome time.

CA,

You are SOOOO lucky there aren't pictures...

Not sure what was the issue (probably me) but at least those in attendance (along with the rest of the restaurant) got to see you prance around.... LOL
