Well, @ 10,500 miles, I have become the newest member to "the club". Oh happy day. I have just added some bars leak to try and get by until the "fix". Where do I sign? Funny thing, the truck is running stronger than it ever has.

I dont know i wouldnt put that stuff in their....it will restrict or coat the passages in the cooler, radiator preventing proper heat exchange

 

Maybe so, but two of the fastest Lightnings on this board have used it as well (JL and Spiro). That's where I got the idea. We'll see how it works.

Don't do it before you get the dealer to confirm the leak and order your parts. If the BarsLeak works, they'll say "Leak? What leak?"

Don't forget me, I used it.

I had mine tested for the leak after I used Bars Leak and that's exactly what they said, "What leak?" Oh well, a fix is a fix. Once the permanent fix is out, if there is one, I'm sure there will be a TSB.
