Looks good. That blower snout is about $400.00 complete. Assuming that you fixtured and created a program for your CNC you should make quite a profit at $75.00 for this operation. Why not take the time to either key or thread the shaft and then machine new pulleys that can be installed / removed without damaging the internal bearings. If you don't I will.
PS.
Just think what types of combinations you could have with the ability to change both the upper and lower. You could even build a cog system for strip only use.

Reviewed your $100.00 figure with shipping and it sounds very good. Now just do the pulleys and we will all beat a path to your door.

We already do the pulleys, and idlers, and lowers (I usually don't mention to avoid looking like a pitch). The keyed pulley is a good idea, and would not be difficult. The main idea was to make the snout operation as OEM looking as possible in case someone wanted to return their truck to stock. BTW, the work on the snout also includes installing the new pulley as well. Once on its very difficult to even see the work behind it.

$100 bucks for everything is aweosme. for that much I'll just get it done to blow up some blowers, HAHAHAHA.

I don't make that good of money, I just don't have any bills to pay. No kids, no wife, and no hookers. Its nice for now, but I do realize that I only have so long to live at home with the mom. Me and her isn't so bad, I do what I want and she don't care. Well then again she doesnt' like it when I got the 3 car garage filled with parts from the beast, HAHAHAHA. Wait til I drop in the new motor and go sick fast. she'll be pissed.

Stupid question, but is that part in the picture off of a 2001 Lightning? I thought mine (a 2000) just had an Eaton logo recessed into it, not "Ford SVT"...or is that part of the machining?

Very cool. I am doing the same thing (mine only)and the big plus about installing the pulley with the snout off the supercharger is that you can support the shaft and not damage the bearings. Good luck and please look into doing the keyed shafts. I will stay out of it. Could you post photos of your other items. Thanks.

PS. Some of the 2001 Lightnings say Ford SVT on the supercharger snout but not all of them.

Actually, while the part was on the jig we faced the logo just to bring it out a bit - I think that's why so many poeple have noticed it. But as already stated, some say "EATON" and others "FORD SVT."
