Urethane bushings?
Energy Suspension would be your best bet. No official kit that I know of. Probably have to match individual parts.

Energy Suspension does not make a kit... they dont even make a kit for the 97+ F150 (accordingly to the dealers I talked to). Energy suspensions themselves was unhelpful...

Daystar makes a kit of the 97+ F150. Dont know if it'll fit the Lightning.
Seems like the upper and lower control arm bushing should be the same. Sway-bar bushing will not be the same... that'll have to an individual part bast on the bar size.
Someone will have to be a guinea pig.

Prothane, I haven't looked into yet.
I was thinking about doing a custom set of bushing, maybe using a real-high end material... Nylatron 6/6... if there was enough interest... but a custom set would be expensive.

How expensive, Azeem?

Alpha: I got a high-level price of: 20 sets of 12 custom bushings would be ~$350. (need 20 people interested).
This was before I investigated how many bushings there are in the suspension:
4 for the upper control arm (2 Left, 2 right)
4 for the lower control arm (2 Left, 2 right)
10 for the sway bar (1 D bushing + 5 end-links x left and right)
I think there are 4 for the rear springs (2 Left, 2 right where the spring attaches to shackle / body).
Options:
Do 8 custom for the control arms, and use off-the-shelf for sway-bars (exact price ??)
Do 12 for the control arm and rear spings.
Do 18 custom for the entire front ($$$)
...
Part of the high price is that they are custom and part is the material. A writeup on the material:

Nylatron 6/6 is an extremely high density plastic with self-lubricating properties, so no greasing or maintenance of the bushing is necessary. It does not break down with heat or cycling of the suspension like rubber or polyurethane bushings, and is not as brittle as Delrin, making it perfect for high wear applications.

Bolt: I did ask the manufacturers and I got very vague answers about availabilty "months and months, maybe longer" I get the idea it would take them a loooooooong time to do a custom application.
Maybe fordpartsonline has a good source ?!
If so... if might be easier to just buy the stock parts (they cant be that expensive) and send it to them. - That's what I was going to do for my custom deal.

Hotchkis is already doing the sway bar bushing F&R. Not sure if they are for sale yet. The rest should be too hard to match up with existing parts. Just need a catalog the shows dimensions.

I am saying if we measure our stock ones they already have others in stock with the same dimensions. Probably for a gulp "Chevy" or "Dodge" or other large passenger cars and trucks. Sway bars are a piece of cake, I have already changed my front end link bushings twice, but the center bushings are really big compared to most. Tie rod dust caps are available, just not sure about the A arm bushings. My rear shackles came with new spring bushings.
Right on Bolt,
That is what i am talking about.

I ordered the Hotchkis lowering kit today..front coils and rear leafs from Summit. The leafs use rubber bushings not urethane from what hotchkis told me.....when the sway bars are available it will have urethane included in the kit...
As for the control arms....i would imagine they would be the same size as a regular f-150?
If they have to be custom made..count me in!
