Exclamation DID A BOOST BYPASS PICS!!! Just to see if done properly!

I did a boost bypass on my 02 stock L. with just an intake. Just wanted to know if it was done right according to the pics and if a tune is required to prevent damage or is it ok? THANKS

that should work, but all it does is cavitate and overheat the blower

care to elaborate on that? I was seeing 50* gain in IAT2's just driving around town normal with the bypass valve shut.

It is completely safe and build54 did it wrong...

You only want to affect the boost bypass solenoid from the computer. This is only used when the computer thinks something is "wrong" and it wants to dump boost.

You should keep the vacuum like to the intake. This will allow the supercharger to be bypassed while cruising (the intake is in vacuum). If done correctly, there is no additional heat and the blower won't be cavitating.

Can you just unplug the the connector from the computer and just leave it unhooked.
