Hi everyone, I just recieved and just got done installing, BABolts exhaust tips. They make the truck look extra clean and it is well worth it! Thx Mike you did a bitchen job on the tips!

hey, where did you get those, what size are they, how much???? I want some tips that are a bit bigger than the stock, are they? or are they the same size?? thx, Yoda

Bob, only the best for my lightning!

Yoda, I got them off Babolt go to this link http://www.svtlightnings.com/svt/tip...haust_tips.htm
They are the same size as the stock but have a mirror finish and are a lot easier to clean. I had my muffler guy hug the tips to the side skirts and had them stick out an inch.

darn, I am looking for pipes that are a little bit bigger than the stock ones, but they sure do look great!

The tips on my 01 hang to low.When i get BABolts tips i'm going to try and raise the
pipes,anybody done this?. Maybe it should be
warranty thing?

Fritz, my stock tips also hung low, which really irratated me. So I had the muffler guy raise them up. I think Mrfordboy should do the same.

Fritz,

Mine were low from the factory as well, the way I fixed mine is with straight pipes. I had the guy raise them to my liking before doing the final welding.
