This SUCKS!!!!The weather is not looking good for tomorrow fellas. Unless there is a miracle overnight I will not be making the trip. I guess there is always next Sunday!!!

Yeah, the event was a bust, they didn't open the track. Oh well, better no runs than any unsafe ones.

Gotta give props and condolences to baby2000... after driving all the way from Kennewick, WA and spending the night in a Super8, just to be turned away at the gate. Definately sucks...

I got to meet hexagon too. I managed to pull into the Fry's lot to see him on his cell phone... unfortunately he locked his keys in the truck, and was calling to get his wife to bring the spare set. All worked out though, and we eventually all got to Woodburn.

There was a decent turnout there, lots of trailered cars. After waiting for an hour or so, the track officials finally called it off. Anyway, it was a fun, if not too early, outing. I still hope to run my truck at some point, and I'm definately going to be there August 4th for the Thunder Truck Drags (trucks only event).
