I have one but mine is for a 2001 and I think it is a different program, and the thing is really taped on tight. If I have to pull it off I will look for you.

Mine is a 99 as you can see it's a cux1, 90mm MAF, and external crankcase breather

cux1 9rc5 e2f

I got my chip last week so maybe it's still current?
