is there a certain way that aftermarket rods go on this crank?

is there a large side and a small side that faces the crank or the other piston?

if thats hard to understand, how about... where should the rod bearing nubs face? the outside of the block or towards the center of the block???

i hope I am making myself clear... its something thats hard to describe...

the ford manual states that a certain side faces the front of the motor, but I dont have stock pistons and rods....
