Post Lead on '93 L

I have a lead on a very good ’93 L. Color is red and is in very good shape. Only 18,000 miles and 100% original except for a Viper alarm. Interior is in excellent shape with an extra “new in-box” L mats. Still have the original tires, also in very good shape. Original owner is in his 40’s. Only option not on truck is the towing package. Does have the tube bumper. Glass is in excellent shape and L runs good. What would this truck be worth?

Thumbs up

You may want to post over @ www.nloc.org in the Gen1 forum, if you haven't already. Those guys could probably help.

Good luck. I hope to have one myself oneday.

So, he only drove it for around 2,000 miles a year. Wish I could do that.

UPDATE:
The guy selling the L wants $12,500 for it. I've told him I'd pass on the deal due to other priorities. If anyone is interested in it, send me your e-mail address and I'll get you in touch with him. I only met him yesterday but he seems willing to work on the price.

Not sure what they go for now or in your area but just to give you an idea I sold a White 95 L with 39K on it for 16K back in Aug.

For more information on the first gen Lightning you might want to go to www.nloc.org It has a good message board for gen 1 trucks and some other good info like a break down of the differences from 93-95. That is where I got most of my info when I had my 95.

I have a 00' L and a 95' L. I commute 80 miles each way to work and I drive the 95' everyday. It holds alot more fuel (34 gallons) and it drives a little nicer than the new one. I'll never get rid of it for any price. Only wish it had the leg room that the new one has.
