I'll try this again. Has anyone installed the 2001 fog lights on a 99 or 00? If so how and what are the part numbers needed for any parts?

Not so far, we all looked at it and got scared. The 2001 lights are VERY different then the ours. The 2001 lights stick through the back of the lower valence. You would need to cut out the back of our foglight "pocket" and drill 3 new holes for the mounting of the 2001 light. You'd also then need to cut off our H3 light harness, as the 2001's use a different bulb. That would probably be the easy part.

Well I'v been looking at mine for two days trying to figure out what to do. I accidently stepped on a broken beer bottle that some idiot left near my truck while I was removing the stock lights. So that side tracked me a bit. Emerg. room , tetnes (sp) shot, stitches, stay off it for 2 days..... the whole nine. When I get a chance to start on this I'll take pictures and keep you posted. _thepawn_ looks like he is about dead on on what needs to be done to do the switch. Later!
