Thanks 911, I'm flying down to El Paso to pick her up (just finished restomoding her) and plan on taking her to the track. Can't wait to see what she'll do. Hopefully, by the time I get back I can fix that clunck problem with one of your washers. Jeff

Herb,

Did dealer do '01 blower & manifold install? If so, how did that come about? Myself and everyone else I have read about had the original intake assembly installed on our motor swaps. Does that mean you have the new intercooler?

Chris

Question

How much does a set of washers cost? I want to change them now and avoid the problem later.

$50.00 Get it to Herb this week, cause he will be out of town for 1 month after that. Contact him at "jacksonherb@hotmail.com". His address is listed in another post about 2 days ago under washers / 60 sets left, or something similar. This looks to be the fix along with a set of cam bolts............

$50!!! I thought they were $35! That's how much I just sent Herb anyway, based on the old thread. 911, how much are the washers anyway? $50 bucks for two washers sounds kinda steep.

Man oh man, they used to be 35.00 now they are 50.00, have been for about two months. Look at what a Level Ten shift kit cost. That big box fooled me! :-) I'm not going to be on this site from here on out people. What I mean is I'm not going to sell the washers anymore once there gone, there gone for good. I'll be here looking for good things to do to my L from here on out. Those that want the washers know how to get ahold of me. See ya. I'll have them made on an order status from here on out is what I should have said.

Cool

What the hey. I just spent 300 for Edelbrock IAS shocks, might as well get some washers.

Thumbs up

Herb,

I sent out the check for the washers today. I hope it arrives before you leave. If there are any problems, send me an email.
