Post why does my truck keep dying?

i have had some problems with my tranny over the past year.

when i back out of driveway, when i put in to drive it wont go forward till i hit the gas and it jumps when i do that.

and it shifts bad sometimes and i have noticed a loss in power.

when sitting still the truck shakes like a SOB.

and here yesterday i pulled out of my driveway and the SOB died on me and i started it back up and it ran about 2 miles till i parked it.

sat in parking lot with it running for about 8 minutes and pulled out and it made the worst noise you can think of and it died again.
(sounded like a POS car that has bad brakes and is trying to stop)

and ever since then it has felt like it is pulling a bit while i try to accelerate and sometimes even on decel.

any ideas on what is wrong?

i know this isnt a lightning but a lot of people come here and i need asnwers fast.

The shaking sounds like a rough idle. Do you have any vacuum hoses disconnected? The telltale hissing would be an indication. Did you try unhooking the battery(for 5 mins or so) and wiping the PCM's memory?
As far as the squealing noise and pulling perhaps one of your brake pistons is hung up and not letting the brake disengage.
Hard to diagnose from here though.
