Post Lazy man’s guide for leaking intercoolers

Or how to live with a dry intercooler reservoir.

I noticed that before I added water to my intercooler reservoir that I was idling @ 500 RPMs, after I filled up the bone dry reservoir the revs went up 700 RPMs. Maybe contributed to a cooler intake charge, maybe hydro injection? < Neat way to keep your hands from getting dirty by opening the hood all the time. Extra credit will be awarded for the first to create a Bluetooth application and automatically call ford. I can sponsor you for a position, international applicants welcome.

Also if it’s colder then 40 degrees then the truck starts to idle between 500 and 700 rpm, sounds like a killer cam lope. Maybe contributed to the intercooler pump injecting air into the intake and periodically leaning the intake charge? < Neat way to know if that’s just water on the road or black ice.
