Under hard acceleration on my 2000 L I Get a slight rpm hesitation and drop after it shifts into 2nd. Is this normal or what can I do.

 

The question would be is it chiped? if so there's a problem. if not then this is normal JL

I bought the chip through superchips. They are sending a new one tthey claim 2-4 days tilll I get it.

I must add . I opened up the stock air box this morning by drilling 3 2.5inch holes into the bottmom of it. Installed the K&N Filter and took it onto the on ramps of the Milwaukee Expressway system. Looks like 10psi . Will be ordering the Lower pulley kit this week sometime. I owned a 1998 contour svt that I had mod'ed out. But by far this is the best bang for the buck and People cannot stop gving me comments on it.

No there is not a chip on it yet...... UPS delivered the BOx last week But there was no chip inside the box. Check EBAY for a deal I guess.


But that is what shipping insurance is for.

 

Did you buy the chip second hand? or from a chip company?.........JL
